Established in 1993, Hugh Grover Associates (HGA) are independent residential sales-specialists, based in Islington and serving the local area. Hugh has worked in and around the Islington Property market since 1986 and is still an integral part of the day-to-day running of the business, very much involved with valuations, viewings and progressing sales.

HGA valuations are always supported by relevant evidence, and we clearly articulate our expectation of both buyers and sellers at the outset, to try to ensure a smooth, swift sale. We also provide a professional and regular liaison with conveyancing solicitors to facilitate the free flow of information between parties.
