We understand that choosing who to entrust with the sale of your property is a big decision. After all, your home is often your most valuable asset.
At Hugh Grover Associates, our personal, honest and realistic service gives us a niche in the jostling property market of Islington.
If you have a house to sell in London and are looking for a sale that goes the distance, our friendly team take great care to match buyers to the perfect property – ensuring a successful outcome and a service which makes life simpler for both buyer and seller.
Selling your real estate - our process
After instructing Hugh Grover Associates, your property will be professionally photographed and uploaded to our property page alongside a professionally-drawn floor plan. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will also be required.
We’ll also advertise your property on popular internet portals such as Rightmove, Primelocation, Daily Mail and The Evening Standard’s Homes & Property site. We also place adverts in relevant London property magazines, all to get your property under the nose of the perfect buyer.
You’ll be assigned a specific member of staff (usually the negotiator who carried out the valuation and met you initially) to be your point of contact for day-to-day matters. However, all our sales negotiators will make themselves familiar with your property in order to share it with any relevant registered buyers. They will be available for viewings with potential buyers, ready to open the door to a smooth, successful sale.
Completing the sale
Once a sale is agreed, the negotiator who arranged the sale will oversee the whole process through to completion, thus ensuring continuity and helping you to enjoy the smoothest process possible.
