If you choose to sell your property through HGA, we will provide you with a unique username and password with which to access this secure area of the HGA website.

Once logged in, you will be able to see details of all viewings that have taken place, and that are booked in for your property. You will be able to see the date and time of the viewings, and crucially, for those viewings that have already taken place, you will be able to see the feedback we received from the potential buyers.

We believe that looking at collective feedback gives the clearest picture of the general perception of your property within the current marketplace and it enables us to adjust marketing strategies where appropriate to ensure the best outcome for your sale.
